We mounted our TV at about 68 inches (from the top of the TV to the floor). A majority of the time we sit on our couch and watch TV. Sometimes we turn the TV and watch it from our bar and the picture still looks great. Our TV wall mount can be adjusted so the TV angles downward, which we really like. How to Mount My TV
